David Pocock Chocolate Balls

- 60g protein powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons dessicated coconut
- A pinch of sea salt
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 1/2-1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- ~25ml Water (enough to make it nice and sticky without being wet). Add slowly so you don't overdo it.

Method
- Combine all of the dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together
- Add in the nut butter, vanilla, and coconut cream and combine
- Add in the water or espresso in small amounts. The consistency should be so that it can easily be rolled into balls, but not so wet that the mixture sticks to your hand when trying to roll. If you accidentally add too much liquid, add in a small amount of protein powder and combine again.
- Roll into balls of about 1 tbsp, and roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
