- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 (I use a half only, rather than a whole for Nici) banana
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 scoop (~20g) protein powder
Note - this is a single serve.
Method
- Add ingredients in order listed, and blend.
