Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 (I use a half only, rather than a whole for Nici) banana
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 scoop (~20g) protein powder

Note - this is a single serve.

Method

  • Add ingredients in order listed, and blend.
