Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini sesame seed paste (made from light colored seeds)
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water, or more for consistency
  • 1 clove raw garlic
  • 2 tablespoons cup fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced (optional)

Method

  • Put all ingredients except the parsley in a blender and blend. Unjust the amount of lemon juice and salt as required. Adding the water slowly until the desired consistency is reached is a good idea.
  • Garnish with parsley, if using.
