Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini sesame seed paste (made from light colored seeds)
- 3/4 cup lukewarm water, or more for consistency
- 1 clove raw garlic
- 2 tablespoons cup fresh lemon juice (or more to taste)
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced (optional)
Method
- Put all ingredients except the parsley in a blender and blend. Unjust the amount of lemon juice and salt as required. Adding the water slowly until the desired consistency is reached is a good idea.
- Garnish with parsley, if using.
