Pasta with uncooked sauce

- 455g spaghetti/pasta
- 5 nice medium-sized ripe tomatoes
- 2 handfuls fresh basil
- a good handful of tasty black or green olives, stones removed
- 2 handfuls fresh rocket, washed
- 1 flat tsp dried oregano, or a small handful fresh oregano, chopped
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- parmesan cheese
Method
Get pasta cooking
Chop up tomatoes and basil, and olives if you wish. Finely slice stalky bits of rocket and roughly chop the leaves. Put in a bowl with oregano. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Throw pasta into bowl with sauce. Grate some parmesan over the top.
