Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 250g marie biscuits (Leibniz will substitute in USA)
- 415g tin sweetened condensed milk
- rum or sherry (optional)
Method
- Crush biscuits
- Add other dry ingredients
- Mix
- Add sweetened condensed milk
- Mix
- Add sherry
- Mix well
- Roll into small balls then roll in coconut
- Leave in fridge until set
