Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 250g marie biscuits (Leibniz will substitute in USA)
  • 415g tin sweetened condensed milk
  • rum or sherry (optional)

Method

  • Crush biscuits
  • Add other dry ingredients
  • Mix
  • Add sweetened condensed milk
  • Mix
  • Add sherry
  • Mix well
  • Roll into small balls then roll in coconut
  • Leave in fridge until set
