- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 level tablespoons cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- Grease tin and line with grease-proof paper.
- Heat oven to moderate.
- Melt margarine.
- Put all other ingredients in a large mixing bowl and pour melted margarine over the top.
- Pour mixture into tin.
- Bake for approximately 40 mins.
- To make sure moisture is retained, don't overcook.
