Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
Method
- Add rice to a pan along with 3 cups of water. Bring to the boil then cover and cook over very low for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and leave to cool with the lid still on.
- Dissolve the salt and sugar in the vinegar. Pour the mixture into the rice and gently mix it through.
- You are now ready to make sushi!
