Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Method

  • Combine all ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
  • Drop dessertspoon amounts onto a slightly greased frying pan.
  • When bubbles appear on the surface, turn over and cook the other side.
