Ingredients
- 500g mince OR large can kidney beans
- garlic
- small amount cayenne pepper
- 1 small onion
- pinch salt
- fresh oregano leaves, crushed
- ¼ litre stock or water
- small tin tomato soup
- 2/3 grated carrot
- pasta
- Parmesan cheese
Method
Mince
- Smear frying pan with oil
- Fry meat, chopped onion and garlic until brown
- Add carrot
- Cook for several minutes
- Drain fat off
- Place in saucepan with stock, soup and seasoning (equal amounts of stock/water and soup)
- Add cayenne pepper and oregano
- Simmer for an hour
- Top with grated cheese
- Serve with pasta

- Add carrot and beans
- Cook for several minutes
- Add stock, soup and seasoning
- Add cayenne pepper and oregano
- Simmer for half an hour
- Top with grated cheese
- Serve with pasta
