Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk A little more may be required to help the scones spread when "dropped".
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Method
- Combine all ingredients to form a smooth mixture.
- Drop dessertspoon amounts onto a lightly greased frying pan.
- When bubbles appear on the surface, turn over and cook the other side.
