Note: This is our adaption of the original sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- finely chopped ginger to taste
Method
- Combine all sauce ingredients.
- Heat in a pan, stirring constantly, until thickening.
- Add vegetables of your choice (e.g., steamed squash, carrots, pineapple, ...)
