Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • finely chopped ginger to taste

Method

  • Combine all sauce ingredients.
  • Heat in a pan, stirring constantly, until thickening.
  • Add vegetables of your choice (e.g., steamed squash, carrots, pineapple, ...)
