Yoghurt Berry Icypoles

Ingredients

  • 400g mixed fresh or frozen berries
  • 200g honey yoghurt
  • 50g white chocolate, roughly chopped (optional)

Method

Put the berries, yoghurt, and white chocolate (if using) into a bowl and mix to combine, crushing berries slightly to release colour. Divide mixture into icypole moulds.
