- 125g castor (super-fine white) sugar
- 2 egg whites
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
originally also included, but I left out last time:
- ½ teaspoon vinegar
- ½ dessert spoon cornflour
Method
- Beat egg whites until very stiff
- Add sugar gradually while beating
- Fold in vinegar, vanilla and cornflour
- Place spoonfuls on a greased tray
- Cool in slow (125 or lower) oven for about 2 hours
