Ingredients

  • 500g mackerel
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki marinade
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Method

Cut mackerel into thin strips about 10cm x 2cm

Sprinkle tabasco lightly on fish, and leave for at least an hour in the fridge.

Mix teriyaki and honey.

Cook fish on high in a little olive oil until brown (a few mins) each side. Pour on sauce and toss for a few more mins.

Serve with favourite vegies.
