- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 250g tomatoes
- dash Tabasco
- Parsley to garnish
Method
- Blend all ingredients except parsley.
- Add chopped parsley.
- Serve with your favourites dipping stuff (pita bread, corn chips, carrots, etc).
