- 90g cream cheese
- 30g softened unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon rind
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Method
- Combine cream cheese and butter in a blender until smooth.
- Add sugar, and blend.
- Add lemon rind and juice. Blend.
- Spread evenly over cooled cake.
