Apple and Spice Bread

Ingredients

Apple Juice	150ml	125ml	60ml
Oil	2 tbsp	2 tbsp	2 tbsp
Salt	1 3/4 tsp	1 1/2 tsp	1 1/4 tsp
Brown Sugar	3 tbsp	3 tbsp	2 tbsp
Bread flour	675g	600g	450g
Milk powder	2 tbsp	2 tbsp	1 1/2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon	1 tsp	1 tsp	1 tsp
Ground nutmeg	1 tsp	1 tsp	1 tsp
Yeast	2 tsp	2 tsp	1 3/4 tsp

Add to Dried Fruit/Nut/Herb Dispenser

	1.25Kg	1Kg	750g
Dried apple, chopped	4 tbsp	3 tbsp	2 tbsp
Sultanas	4 tbsp	3 tbsp	2 tbsp

NB can double dried apple, and omit sultanas

Method

• Add ingredients in order listed in to breadmaker.
• Setting: Sweet.
