- 0.5 cups creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 to 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar or maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- 0.25 cups water, plus more as needed
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, vinegar, and soy sauce until light in colour, and thick and creamy
- Stir in sesame oil, sugar, red pepper flakes, and water. Add water to reach desired consistency.
