Taco Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2- 1 med onion, sliced
- 2-3 425(ish)g cans of pinto or kidney beans
- 1 tomato, peeled and sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- basil, preferably dried
- 1-2 sloshes soy sauce
Method
- fry onions and garlic until tender in large saucepan
- add tomatoes
- drain kidney beans, mash half, leave other half whole, add to mixture
- add basil and soy
- cook until beans are soft
- serve in taco shells with salad (and taco sauce)
