Tandoori Fish

- 500g fish fillets
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- Salt (to taste) we like a large pinch
- 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
- 1 tbsp ground cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Method
- Blend all ingredients (except fish!) to form a smooth paste.
- Marinate the fish in the paste.
- Grill fish for approximately 8 minutes each side under a very hot grill.
Marinating is not essential if you are in a hurry.
