Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Method
- Cook the accompanying veggies/meat in a wok. Push the veggies aside a bit, then add these ingredients and mix a bit before mixing the sauce into the veggies.
- Serve with rice.
