Leek & Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 leeks
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 large medium onion
  • 1-1 ½ litres water
  • salt & pepper

Method

  • Fry onion in large pan
  • Add peeled & chopped potatoes and washed, chopped leeks.
  • Add water and salt/pepper
  • Bring to boil
  • Simmer
  • Blend
