- 1 cup oats
- squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tub vanilla yoghurt
- 1/2 cup fresh fruit (approx)
- 1 grated apple (green is best)
Method
Preferably the night before, mix all except the fresh fruit. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
When eating, prepare fresh fruit to taste and add to a serve of pre-prepared muesli.
