Basic Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar (orig. recipe said 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sultanas

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Bake in oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
