Ingredients
- 200ml water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 375g bread flour
- 1 3/4 tsp yeast
NB: I usually do a double mixture for the 4 of us these days.
Method
Add ingredients to bread maker in the order listed. Use "dough - pizza" setting.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into two 20cm rounds.
Add toppings and bake at 200 degrees C for 12-15 mintues.
