Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons (7 grams) dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 200ml lukewarm water
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

Combine yeast, sugar, and water in a small bowl. Leave for about 10 mins until the mixture starts to froth.

Place the flour and pinch of salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Mix.

Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic (about 5 mins). Stand in a warm place for 1 - 1.5 hours until the dough has doubled in size.

Divine into three and roll out.

Bake at 210 degrees for 12-15 mins with your favourite toppings.
