Ingredients
- 3 leeks
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1 large medium onion
- 1-1 ½ litres water
- salt & pepper
Method
- Fry onion in large pan
- Add peeled & chopped potatoes and washed, chopped leeks.
- Add water and salt/pepper
- Bring to boil
- Simmer
- Blend
