Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup sugar (orig. recipe said 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sultanas
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Bake in oven for 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
