Oil from sun-dried tomatoes 3 tbsp 3 tbsp 2 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp 2 tsp 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp
Bread flour 700g 600g 450g
Bread improver 1 tsp 1 tsp 1 tsp
Milk powder 2 tbsp 2 tbsp 1 1/2 tbsp
Dried mixed herbs 2 3/4 tsp 2 1/2 tsp 2 1/4 tsp
Yeast 1 3/4 tsp 1 1/2 tsp 1 1/4 tsp

Bread improver is optional - we normally omit it.

Add to Dried Fruit/Nut/Herb Dispenser

Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped, drained, and dried 6 tbsp 5 tbsp 4 tbsp

Method

  • Add ingredients in order listed in to breadmaker.
  • Setting: Basic: Light, Medium, Dark, or Rapid.
