Ingredients

  • 350g macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp (50g) butter
  • 200g cheese, grated
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 head broccoli

Method

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.

Lightly boil macaroni until half cooked (about 5 mins).

Whisk egg and milk together. Add butter and cheese, stir well.

Place macaroni in baking dish. Pour egg/cheese mixture in, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir well & even out.

Chop broccoli into small floreats (don't add to mixture yet).

Bake uncovered for 30 mins.

Add & stir in broccoli; return to oven for approx 10 mins.
