Ingredients
- 1/2-1 med onion, sliced
- 2-3 425g(ish) cans of pinto or kidney beans
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- basil, preferably dried
- 1-2 sloshes soy sauce
Method
- fry onions and garlic until tender in large saucepan
- add tomatoes
- drain kidney beans, mash half, leave other half whole, add to mixture (honestly, I don't bother to mash anymore)
- add basil and soy
- cook until beans are soft
- serve in taco shells with salad (and taco sauce)
