Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup SR flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 90g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp melted marg
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 rounded tbsp cocoa
  • 210 mls boiling water
  • vanilla icecream

Method

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

To make 'pudding' element:

  • Sift flour, salt, sugar and the flat tablespoon of cocoa into a bowl.
  • Stir in milk and butter.

To make 'sauce' element:

  • Put the brown sugar, rounded tablespoon of cocoa and water into bottom of dish and stir.

Tip: 1 1/2 x sauce works quite well.

Put pudding mixture onto sauce. Don't worry if it isn't flat, it will even out when cooking.

Bake for 35 mins in moderate oven.

Serve with icecream
