Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3lb. (1.4kg) green king prawns, unpeeled
- 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 6-8 stalks fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a frying pan and saute the unpeeled prawns and garlic for 5-10 minutes.
- Strip rosemary leaves from stalk and add with salt and pepper.
- Saute for a further 5 minutes.
- Add wine and parsley and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve on a heated serving dish and pour over the remaining juice.
- Enjoy with a glass of white wine.
