Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1-2 large red chillies, chopped
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (approx 1/2 lemon)
  • approx 2 cups rocket leaves
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Method

Get pasta cooking

Heat oil in smallish medium saucepan

Add capers and garlic, fry for 1 minute

Add chillies, lemon rind, juice, cook for 1-2 minutes

Either put all ingredients in a large serving bowl and mix, or:

Divide rocket and Parmesan into bowls and grind salt & pepper over the top

Drain pasta and toss in caper mixture

Put flavoured pasta into bowls
