* 75g breadcrumbs&lt;br /&gt;

== Method ==&lt;br /&gt;
* Heat oven to 200C.&lt;br /&gt;
* Prepare pastry, adding half the grated lemon rind with the sugar (if you forget to add the lemon rind don&amp;#039;t worry, it is not essential).  Roll out pastry and line an 18cm pie plate. Reserve trimmings.&lt;br /&gt;
* Warm the syrup, mix with breadcrumbs and the remaining rind and lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;
* Spoon the mixture into the pastry and use the pastry trimmings to make a lattice on top.&lt;br /&gt;
* Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;
