== Method ==&lt;br /&gt;
* Put all ingredients except the parsley in a blender and blend.  Unjust the amount of lemon juice and salt as required.  Adding the water slowly until the desired consistency is reached is a good idea.&lt;br /&gt;
* Garnish with parsley, if using.&lt;br /&gt;
