View source for Rice Noodles with Hot Garlic and Chilli Sauce

== Ingredients ==
* 1/4 cup stock
* 6 cloves garlic, chopped
* 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
* 2 fresh red chillies, finely chopped
* 8 button mushrooms
* 250g dried rice noodles
* 1/2 cup diced shallots/spring onions
* 1 tbsp Chinese wine or dry sherry
* 2 tsp low salt soy sauce

== Method ==
* Bring large saucepan of water to the boil.
* Bring stock to the boil and stir fry ginger, garlic, shallots, chillies, and mushrooms until tender.
* Add soy sauce and sherry to wok. 
* Add rice noodles and cook according to packet instructions (usually approx 2 mins)
* Remove and drain noodles; add to wok.
* Toss & stir for 1 minute.

Serves 2 adults.
